construction

the
Iowa
Stored
Energy
Plant
be
constructed?
We
expect
to
begin
construction
on
the
Iowa
Stored
Energy
Plant
(ISEP)
in
2004
with
completion
in
2007.
Vinton
Municipal
Electric
Utility
will
be
one
of
a
number
of
joint
municipal
utility
owners. As of June 2009 construction has not begun. ISEP is trying to raise more funding to test the wells.
