BE IT RESOLVED by the Vinton Municipal Electric Utility Board of Trustees:
SECTION 1. That the following charges, waivers of charges, and energy
discounts be adopted for the consumption and use of electric energy measured in
kilowatt hours and the demand for such energy measured in kilowatts by the
customers of the Vinton Municipal Electric Utility Distribution System;

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be in effect for energy
consumption and demand determined beginning the month of July 2010 and from that
time forward.
SECTION 3. Repealer. All resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with
the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
